Small Groups are how we care for each other.

Fall Semester
September 6 - November 21

At its core, a Small Group is less about what you do and more about who you do it with. We all need each other and that’s why we have Small Groups. Whether you're new to groups, leading for the first time, or a seasoned leader, there's a place for you!

GROUPS

Lost in Translation: The 5 Love Languages

Bible/Discipleship Group

Leader(s): Pastor Chris & Jennifer
Day: Tuesdays
Time: 6:30 pm
Location: Thrive Church

Married, dating, engaged, or just hoping to have a “plus one” someday—this group is for you! We’ll have some fun while diving into The 5 Love Languages and learning how we give and receive love differently. Whether you’ve been together for decades, just started dating, or are still waiting for someone to text back, come hang out, laugh, connect, and learn how to love a little better.

Pickleball Night

Recreation Group

Leader(s): Cody & Nicole Logan

Day: Mondays
Time: 6:30 pm
(6:00 pm after daylight savings time)
Location: River Hill Park

Whether you’ve been playing for years or have never picked up a paddle, you’re welcome! Pickleball & Friends is all about having fun, meeting new people, and enjoying some friendly competition. All skill levels are welcome, and we’ll have extra paddles and balls available—so just come as you are and join the fun!

OPUS

Bible Study / Discipleship Group

Leader(s): Anthony Martin
Day: Thursdays

Time: 6:30 - 8:00 pm
Location: Roosters - Richmond Rd

OPUS (Old People Up to Something) is a place for food, conversation, fun, and fellowship. Together we'll share stories, build friendships, and celebrate God's faithfulness through the years. Whether you're reconnecting with old friends or making new ones, OPUS is a great opportunity to laugh, encourage one another, and grow in community.

Prophets & Pancakes

Men's Group

Leader(s): Dave Troupe
Day: Saturdays
Time: 8:30 am
Location: Thrive Church

Join us for Prophets & Pancakes, a men’s group combining good food, real conversation, and God’s Word. This semester, we’ll study the life of Elijah—his faith, courage, struggles, and what his story can teach us about following God today. Come hungry for breakfast and ready to grow together.

The Upper Roommates

Bible Study / Discipleship Group

Leader(s): Pastor Chris
Day: Every other Wednesday

Starting Sept 16

Time: 6:30
Location: Thrive Church

Come hang out as we learn more about the Holy Spirit—who He is, how He works, and what it looks like to live Spirit-led every day. We’ll meet every other Wednesday for good conversation, community, and plenty of laughs as we grow together in our faith.
